Anyone know a good place for Aston battery near Trade Centre?

So my Vantage has been sitting in the office parking near the World Trade Centre for the past couple of days because I've been travelling, and I came back this morning to that dreaded slow crank that tells you the battery is not long for this world. I'm absolutely swamped with meetings today and tomorrow, so I really need to find someone who can come to me rather than me having to drive all the way out to some industrial area and wait around for hours. I've heard that these cars can be finicky with battery replacements because of all the computer systems that need to be reset properly, and honestly the dealership quotes have been giving me heart palpitations every time I look at them. I was hoping that if I can learn more about Aston Martin battery service near World Trade Centre, I might find a specialist who can handle it on-site without me having to take a whole day off work. I've seen a few mobile services around that claim they can do it, but I'm a bit nervous about letting just anyone touch the electronics on this car. Has anyone had a good experience with a mobile battery replacement for their Aston in this area, or am I better off just biting the bullet and figuring out how to get to a proper garage? Really don't want to end up with more problems than I started with, so any local recommendations would be massively appreciated.
