Urus wouldn't start after a week at the airport - battery dead again

So I travel quite a bit for work and I usually leave my Urus at the airport parking for about a week at a time. Lately, I've been coming back to a dead battery almost every single trip, which is incredibly frustrating after a long flight. The first few times I just called roadside assistance and got a jump, but now it's happening so consistently that I know something needs to be done. I've checked all the obvious things like interior lights and the dashcam, nothing is left on. I took it to a local garage and they did a parasitic draw test and said there's nothing abnormal, which leads me to believe the battery itself is just old and can't hold a charge like it used to. The car is a 2020 model and I think it's still on the original battery, so about five years old now. I've read that Lamborghinis are notorious for battery drain issues because of all the electronic systems that stay active even when the car is off. The thing is, I'm really particular about who works on this car because I've seen some horror stories about people damaging the carbon fiber trim or not securing the battery properly. I've been told that finding a Quality Lamborghini battery replacement service in Sharjah is actually possible if you know where to look, but I'm not sure which workshops are actually experienced with these cars. I don't want to go to the dealership and pay a fortune if I don't have to, but I also don't want to risk damaging my car. Has anyone here had their Urus or Huracan battery replaced at an independent shop and had a good experience? I'd really appreciate some honest recommendations.
